2021 ACUADS CONFERENCE: New Networks

The Australian Council of University Art and Design Schools would like to invite you to the 2021 ACUADS/DDCA Conference. The conference will be held online on Friday the 29th October with keynote Professor Nikos Papastergiadis who will discuss his paper Going Out: The Cosmos of Art. Additionally 33 speakers from across the sector will present papers and discuss 4 key themes: Ecosystems and Post Human Networks, Decentring Networks, Online work & resilience and Local and Global COVID Networks.

The 2021 Australian Council of University Art & Design Schools Conference, developed in partnership with the Australian Council of Deans and Directors of Creative Arts, explores the theme of networks to consider their possibilities in response to the challenges and future agendas of the Tertiary Art, Design and Creative Arts Sector in a post pandemic world.

This conference is hosted by RMIT University and sponsored by ACUADS, the DDCA and UniSuper.

In response to COVID-19 government restrictions, this conference will be held online.
