Melbourne Modern: European art & design at RMIT since 1945

On 20 June 2019 RMIT School of Art and RMIT Gallery hosted a special preview of the exhibition Melbourne Modern: European art & design at RMIT since 1945 for alumni, staff and friends.
With a special welcome by Professor Kit Wise, Dean of School of Art, the night was a wonderful success with over 200 attending.
Melbourne Modern traces this legacy of European influence and interdisciplinarity through successive generations of RMIT teachers and students to the present day.
The exhibition features art works from the RMIT Art Collection, RMIT Design Archives, and public and private collections. Many have never been publicly exhibited.
Melbourne Modern runs until 17 August 2019.
