Felicity Colman
The School of Art welcomes Professor Felicity Colman to the School of Art.
Felicity Colman is a new Honorary Professor in the School of Art who will contribute to the development of Creative Care.
Felicity is Professor of Media Arts and Associate Dean of Research for The London College of Fashion, University of the Arts, London, UK. Trained as an Art Historian, Felicity is a specialist in screen media forms, creative philosophies, communication theory and feminist epistemologies.
Her current research focuses on technologically instigated moments of disruption, innovation, and change, which are central to understanding how creativity works, and what forms it manifests, in terms of an ethics of technology, cultural values, artistic practices, communication models, and industrial memory forms.
