Tuesday 18 February 2020

12.30–2.00pm

RMIT University, Building 2
Bowen Street off La Trobe Street, Melbourne

Join us on Tuesday February 18 outside of Building 2 to make selfies, help with the paste up wall and talk about the Welcome.

We are missing our international students — an important part of our community at RMIT University — many are who are currently at home in China or in Melbourne self-quarantined due to the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan. The Australian government has imposed strict new travel restrictions on travel and there are more than 165,000 international students from China enrolled to start studying this semester at Australian universities. Our students are feeling the emotional toll of this new global health crisis and the racism that has begun to emerge.
